Faculty and Students of Far Horizons form a community whose purpose is to develop an atmosphere in which the intellectual, moral and physical capacities of each Student may be developed and strengthened.
To achieve this objective Far Horizons operates according to an applied philosophy derived from the general principles of the Montessori Method.
Far Horizons offers many ways to help raise funds to support and improve the school. You decide which is good for you. Our easy, on-going options are:
Have you seen the three blue recycle bins in the courtyard? We are collecting your separated plastic, glass and aluminum cans. We also have white buckets for collecting Capri Sun bags.
Help support our school's charity of choice, the Ronald McDonald House. Collect pull tabs from aluminum cans such as soda, juice, soup and pet food cans. Bring them into the school office and place them in the collection box that looks like a house.
